Violet is the higher end of visible spectrum. Violet has the shortest wavelength 380-450 nanometres and highest frequency 800-715 Hz of visible colours.

Violet is a very high frequency spiritual ray which can heal anyone physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. What are Panchkosha?

3. Take ten slow and deep breaths by counting 10 to 1.
4. Start counting 10 to 1 and visualize your consciousness as a very bright star going away from you further and further. Visualize your consciousness crossing earth, solar system galaxies and still going further away .As you count 1 visualise you consciousness reached to infinity an unconcealed place where almighty divine violet fire exits.
5. Visualize violet fire as an immortal luminous fire of tremendous bright violet flames. The divine fire is radiating super fine vibrations of warmth and light of spirituality and cosmic consciousness.                                      
6. Visualize a very divine highly charged beam of violet  light coming from the divine fire towards you. The divine bream is carrying with it the grace, blessing, divinity and glow of the st. Germain .
7. Take 10 slow deep breaths by counting 10 to1 and as you count 1 visualise the beam striking your fifth layer or the Anandamaya kosha. See it being blazed  by the radiating violet fire . Let the fire  dwells in Anandamaya Kosha for 10 breaths. Take deep breaths by counting 10 to 1. Visualize the Violet fire burning your Anandamaya kosha completely. As you count 1 contract or take the divine violet  fire  inside Vigyanmaya Kosha and let it blaze there for 10 breaths. Then contract it inside the Manomaya Kosha let it blaze  there for 10 breaths. Then shift it inside Pranamaya kosha let it blaze there for 10 deep breaths. Again sift it inside Aanamaya Kosha or physical body let the violet fire blazes there for 10 breaths.
8. Now again send or expends the violet fire in outward direction, in each kosha in reverse manner. Visualize that all impurity or negativity of each kosha is merged with outgoing divine violet fire . Let the fire blaze  in each Kosha for 10 deep breaths.
9. After Anandamaya Kosha visualizes the divine beam of violet light receding form you and going back to its original source. Again count 10 to 1 breaths.
10. As you count 1, see the bream fully merging in the divine violet fire posited at infinity.
11. You have taken all the light, grace, love, blessing and divinity of the violet fire.
12. Now visualize that you are scattering a sparkling white light of unconditional love, forgiveness and compassion to the whole world, universe and beyond by taking 10 deep breaths by counting10 to1.
13. In last thanks the divine Violet fire , ascendant master’s lady Portia and St.  Germaine for their wonderful healing and assistance.
