Jupiter-Ketu Conjunction

 

Conjunction simply means a union of planets. In any birth chart, when two or more planets are sitting in the same house they are considered to be in conjunction.There are all types of conjunction; tight conjunction, exact conjunction, close conjunction and virtual conjunctions.There are positive and negative effects of conjunction. Positive effects are known as Yogas and negative effects are known as Doshas.

Whenever there is a conjunction of 2 planets, a result will depend on their lordships, their natural signification in astrology and last but not the least the strength of both planets in a sign.

Yogini yoga is a mystical yoga formed when Jupiter and Ketu combined in a house in a horoscope.

Ketu: This is a headless body which represents separation, isolation, and the abandonment of the material world. This shadow planet represents spirituality, nothingness, and goals that we already achieved in past lives. 

Jupiter: Knowledge, wisdom, devotion, philosophy, generosity, patience, Benevolent, expander, justice, extravagant, priest, teacher, Jovial nature, obesity and so on.

Jupiter-Ketu Conjunction 

General characteristics:

1. When Jupiter and Ketu, one natural benefic and another natural malefic planet are in conjunction in any chart, the person becomes very happy at heart, never run for too much materialistic stuff and have a self-contended attitude.
2. Jupiter is the planet of knowledge and expansion where Ketu is for likings for the occult when these two planets are together, then the person has natural tendency to know Almighty and His power, the core truth of Creativity etc.
3. Jupiter is for higher knowledge and generosity when in conjunction with Ketu, it makes a person little scattered in terms of almost everything whether it's grabbing knowledge or practicing spirituality.
4. Usually a happy person, not prone to a deep inquiry, willing to serve as a symbolic guru or social figurehead. Enjoys public approval through promoting a generalized positive view of life and the future. 
5. The common factor between both Jupiter & Ketu is  ‘Spirituality’ when these two spiritual planets are in conjunction, then at one stage of life person makes a dive in the ocean of the occult and most of their decision they take by self-instinct. They have this tendency of going by intuition.
6. The lord of natural 9th and 12th house lord Jupiter when in conjunction with the planet Ketu, a person can be learned in Shastras, in many languages, never really too dreamy or ambitious in life. These people are never Go Getter type.
7. However, Ketu may give the native antisocial qualities. In low-minded people, this combination can lead to drug abuse, alcoholism, and messing with dangerous spirits.

1. A true seeker of spirituality, higher learning, enlightenment, and scientific research is seen from this conjunction.
2. Jupiter or Ketu having a  link with the Ascendant or 10th house, the person may be working as Priest, Astrologer, magician, alchemy, teacher, spiritual master/healers.

Moksha : 

1. Jupiter rules expansion of consciousness; Ketu rules perfect enlightenment. Together (especially in houses 1, 4, 5, 9 or 12) they tend to impel to the native towards the grand goal of human life - Moksha (liberation).
2. Though Ketu's nature is rejecting anything from this material plain, including gurus and religion, here Ketu finds a sense of purpose with Jupiter. 8. Ketu is trying to eliminate attachment to belief systems which have become an obstacle on one 's path to spiritual development. In this process, one experiences confusion about what expansion is and what faith is and how to connect authentically to the source of prosperity and faith.
9. The tendency to enthusiastically promote beliefs to which one has no authentic connection. Classic planetary yoga for a hypocritical preacher.
10. As Ketu’s natural trait is to separate so there will be a phase in life where the person will be going through the conjunction of choosing right faith for him; whether to go for expansion on the path of   Dharma, intuition or not.

Wealth and materialism:

Jupiter is also the significator of wealth, network circles, and gains. Ketu has no interest in pursuing money, family, and friends.

Husband :

1. Jupiter is a natural significator of a husband so Jupiter-Ketu conjunction may indicate a second partner whose presence is dispersed or not formalized.
2.  The Ketu-Jupiter conjunction may also indicate uncertainty regarding the rather nebulous (Ketu) character of the husband (Jupiter ).
3. The husband may have psychically weak boundaries which allow predatory others to enter his intimate space.

Relation with children: 

1. Jupiter is the significator of offsprings and Ketu is responsible for detachment.

Jupiter-Ketu Conjunction

1. If the strength of Jupiter is  stronger than Ketu, one may become an ungrounded spiritual minister.one may engage in religious and philosophical life indefinitely, driven by a need to find a wisdom truth, without ever achieving a clear public religious identity or a clear personal sense of lasting truth
2. If the strength of Ketu is stronger than Jupiter, one can become a "talking head" who promotes a certain religious or philosophical view to which he is not personally connected.The Ketu-supported ride to popularity can also collapse into public disregard, divorce, disassociation, or disgrace.Results of  Ketu are inherently unpredictable and His effects fluctuate over time. Profound ambivalence veiled in an aura of humanism. The native will promote any view that brings him acceptance and gain.
