विचार - इच्छा -संकल्प का विज्ञान

अहं ब्रह्मास्मि  | वेदांत के अनुसार जीव और  ईश्वर में भेद नहीं है । परन्तु जब  हम जीव में परमात्मा के गुणों का आभाव देखते हैं हमें इस शास्त्र वचन पर सहज अविश्वास हो उठता है । लेकिन हमें यह समझना चाहिए की वर्तमान  स्थिति  में मनुष्य एक बीज है और परमात्मा एक वृक्ष । मोटे बाहरी तौर पर  वृक्ष और बीज की बराबरी की तुलना नहीं की जा सकती है  , लेकिन तत्वतः दोनों एक ही हैं । अपनी सुप्त क्षमताओं का ठीक प्रकार से   प्रयोग न कर  पाने के कारण मनुष्य मलीन , दीन हीन अवस्था में पड़ा रहता है और अपना पूरा विकास नहीं कर पाता है । लेकिन उसे पूरी  स्वतंत्रता मिली हुई है की वह अपनी क्षमताओं को  जाने, उनका विकास करे और चाहे जिस दिशा में उन्हें बढ़ाये ।

Huna was first described by Max freedom Long .Max worked and lived in Hawaii during the 1920's. He taught school mostly to Hawaiian children on the island of Molokai. During his stay on Molokai he became aware that the Hawaiians often talked among themselves of a form of Magical healing . हुना मैडिटेशन से रिया को कैसे लाभ हुआ

रिया वर्मा दिल्ली स्कूल ऑफ़ इकोनॉमिक्स की  एक होनहार  छात्रा थी, उसी इंस्टिट्यूट में सौरभ मिश्रा उसके साथ पढ़ा करता था । रिया और सौरभ में  काफी अच्छी दोस्ती थी और दोनों एक दूसरे से प्यार भी करने लगे थे ,लेकिन रिया के परिवार वाले उनके इस रिश्ते के सख्त खिलाफ थे और पढ़ाई पूरी करते ही परिवार वालों ने जबरदस्ती रिया की शादी अपनी बिरादरी के धनबाद के एक प्रतिष्ठित परिवार में कर दी ।

किसी तरह से रिया के 2  साल गुज़र गए । अब रिया के ससुराल वाले रिया के पति की दूसरी  शादी  की धमकी देने लगे थे  । रिया  एक स्वाभमानी लड़की थी, और अपने जिगर के टुकड़े को वह बहुत प्यार भी करती थी, वह जानती थी की उसका मासूम बेटा बेक़सूर है , जब जब वह उस बच्चे के बारे में  उलटी सीधी सुनती उसका दिल दहल जाता था । उसका पति भी  उससे बेरुखी से पेश आता था । 

मां का प्यार बेशर्त होता है रोज़ रोज़ के तानों और अपने बच्चे के प्रति सबकी उपेक्षा ने रिया को तोड़ दिया था और उसने आपसी रज़ामंदी के तलाक पेपर पर  साइन कर दिए और एक नए शहर में आपने बच्चे साथ रहने लगी । रिया अपने माँ -बाप के ऊपर बोझ नहीं बनना चाहती थी  । रिया ने एक बड़ी फर्म में नौकरी पकड़ ली और आपने बच्चे के लिए वह  बड़े बड़े डॉक्टर्स से मेडिकल सलाह लेने लगी थी ।

सौरभ की बातों से रिया को काफी ढाँढस मिला और उसे लगा की दुनिया में उसके बच्चे की परवाह करने वाला और भी कोई है  । कुछ ही दिनों के बाद सौरभ इंडिया आया और रिया से शादी कर उसके  बच्चे को अपना कर  ऑस्ट्रेलिया चला गया । जहां प्रेम होता है वे सम्बन्ध निर्भार होते हैं ,उन संबंधों में भारीपन नहीं होता है ।  सौरभ ने दिल से रिया से प्रेम किया था और उसके बच्चे को उसने एक पिता बन कर ही हमेशा प्यार किया । वह बच्चा पिता का प्रेम और  सहयोग पा कर शरीरिक और मानसिक रूप से काफी स्वस्थ होने लगा ।
