क्या है देवी-देवताओं के दिव्य दर्शनों के रहस्य ?

                      

एक संत, साधक ,ऋषि या एक सामान्य जन  को जब देवी , देवताओं के दिव्य दर्शन होते हैं तो क्या  वह उसके अपने अवचेतन [sub-conscious mind ] का बाहरी  प्रकाश या प्रोजेक्शन है या आध्यत्मिक सत्ता का बाह्य जगतमें ऐसा  कोई दृश्यगत स्त्तर  है जो व्यक्ति के सीमाबद्ध मन में बलपूर्वक प्रविष्ट हो जाता है । यह एक पुराना  और पेचीदा  प्रश्न है अधिकत्तर लोग इसी  उलझन में उलझे रहते हैं| । क्या राम ,कृष्ण, दुर्गा, गणेश, शिव ,देव, यक्ष , क्राइस्ट, पीर पैगम्बर आदि वास्तव  में दर्शन देते हैं या हमारे अपने ही अंतर्मन के भाव बाहर प्रक्षेपित होकर विभिन्न देव सत्ताओं की रूपरेख रचते हैं ।

इस संदर्भ में श्रीरामकृष्ण परमहंस  के अपने जीवनकाल में किये गए कई दिव्य दर्शन इस पेचीदे प्रश्न का  समाधान प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं । श्री रामकृष्ण परमहंस को कई आध्यत्मिक भाव जनित  दिव्य दर्शन हुए थे | जब वे भाव समाधि में होते थे तो कई दिव्य  सत्ताएं अक्सर उन्हें दर्शन थी । दिव्य दर्शन के  पश्चात कई बार वे दिव्य आकृतियां श्री रामकृष्ण परमहंस के शरीर में ही विलीन हो जाती थीं , और कई बार स्वतंत्र सत्ता के रूप में विचरने वाली दिव्य सत्ताओं ने उन्हें दर्शन दिए थे ।

मोटे तौर पर आध्यत्मिक  जगत में होने वाले इन दिव्य  दर्शनों को दो भागों में बाँटा जा सकता है स्वसंवेद्य और परसंवेद्य |

स्वसंवेद्य {स्वयं के कारण उत्पन्न होने वाले अनुभव } :

 वंश परम्परा,धार्मिक मान्यताओं के कारण विभिन्न समाजों में भिन्न भिन्न देवी देवता माने और  पूजे जाते हैं । पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी उनकी कथा -गाथा घरों में चलती है । धीरे धीरे यही  मान्यताएं आस्था श्रद्धा के रूप में  मन की गहराई में या  अवचेतन मन में अपनी जड़े  जमा लेती हैं । प्रत्येक मनुष्य के मस्तिष्क के आसपास  विचार तरंगों का एक ideosphere होता है ।  जब जब कोई काल्पनिक रूप  श्रद्धा के आवरण में असाधरण रूप से किसी इंसान के मन पर हावी हो जाती है तो उस इंसान  का ideosphere  ऐसे वातावरण , परिस्थितियों और घटनाओं को  जन्म देता है की वह देव सत्ता वास्तव में दर्शन देने , बात करने  ,आशीर्वाद या वरदान देने ,मार्गदर्शन करने का उपक्रम करती दृष्टिगोचर होती है । जितनी  आस्था सघन होगी और जितना  उस दिव्य सत्ता पर श्रद्धा होगी उतनी ही उसकी अनुकृति और व्यवहार स्पष्ट और सहायक होगा  |

इस दर्शन में विचार और भाव की प्रमुख भूमिका है । जिस दिव्य सत्ता के प्रति मनुष्य के  विचार जितने सपष्ट और भावनाएं जितनी  आस्थावान होंगीं उनके दर्शन उतने ही गहरी अनुभूति से भरे होंगें और  उसे पूर्ण रूप से वास्तविक लगेंगें । यह अपने ही अवचेतन मन के प्रक्षिप्त विचार होते हैं  । जिसकी जैसी आस्था होती है उसी के अनुसार  दिव्य सत्ता विभिन्न देवी, देवताओं,पीरों  ,एंजेल्स के रूप में दर्शन देते हैं । कभी कभी प्रगट , स्वप्न में या तंद्रावस्था में ये सत्ताएं  वरदान ,आशीर्वाद ,शुभकामना या मार्गदर्शन देती नज़र आती हैं ।

कभी  कभी  अवचेतन मन के ये  दिव्य  संकल्प प्रतिमाएं मानस -पुत्र का भी कार्य करती हैं । जिन मनुष्यों का  मानसिक स्त्तर दृढ होता है और साधना और श्रद्धा बलवती होती हैं उनके संकल्प प्रतिमाएं उतनी की स्पष्ट और सशक्त होती है ।  काल्पनिक या अंतर्मन से प्रक्षिप्त होने के बाबजूद भी उनमें उच्च स्त्तर की आलौकिक शक्ति  होती है और यह वरदान, मार्गदर्शन , आशीर्वाद देने के अतिरिक्त साधकों की इच्छा पूर्ति भी  करते  हैं ।

अपनी खुद की मनोभूमि से उत्पन्न हुए  ये देवी देवता व्यक्ति विशेष की जानकारी , कल्पना ,इच्छा और प्रभाव के अनुसार आकर और शक्ति धारण करते हैं । 

जिन मनुष्यों की श्रद्धा और विचार दुर्बल या पिलपिले होते हैं या जिनका  मानसिक बल कम  होता है  उनके अवचेतन मन द्वारा प्रक्षेपित देवी देवता भी अस्पष्ट रूपाकृति में दर्शन देने वाले और कम  आलौकिक शक्ति संपन्न होते हैं ।

यह दर्शन अपने ही शरीरबद्ध मानसिक चिंतन के परिणामस्वरूप होता है । यह दर्शन अपनी निष्ठा, आस्था और अभ्यास के सहायता से होता है ।

परसंवेद्य { बाहरी कारणों से उत्पन्न होने वाले  अनुभव } :

सर्गे-सर्गे पृथगरूप सन्ति सर्गान्तराण्यपि। तेष्वप्यंतःस्थसर्गोधाः कदलीदल पीठवत॥ -योग वशिष्ठ 4।15।16-1

आकाशे परमाष्वन्तर्द्र व्यादेररणुकेऽपिच। जीवाणुर्यत्र तत्रेंद जगदवेत्ति निजं वपुः॥ -योग वाशिष्ठ 3।44।34-35

अर्थात्- हे लीला! जिस प्रकार केले के तने के अन्दर एक के बाद एक परतें निकलती चली आती हैं। उसी प्रकार प्रत्येक सृष्टि के भीतर नाना प्रकार के सृष्टि क्रम विद्यमान हैं। इस प्रकार एक के अन्दर अनेक सृष्टियों का क्रम चलता है। संसार में व्याप्त चेतना के प्रत्येक परमाणु में जिस प्रकार स्वप्नलोक विद्यमान है उसी प्रकार जगत में अनन्त द्रव्य के अनन्त परमाणुओं के भीतर अनेक प्रकार के जीव और उनके जगत विद्यमान हैं।

यह जगत केवल स्थूल  या जड़ ही नहीं है इसमें अनंत सूक्ष्म और सूक्ष्तर जगत एक दूसरे में समाये हुए सह अस्तित्व में  स्थित  हैं । भारीतय ऋषियों ने सात लोकों का वर्णन किया है  । जो एक से अधिक  सूक्ष्तर और शक्ति सम्पन्न हैं ......

भू, भुव, स्वः, तप, जन, महः, सत्यम् ये सात लोक हैं ।

भूः, भुवः एवं स्वः-------धरती,आकाश और पाताल का स्थूल लोक है । यह दृश्य जगत है ।

तपः ------------सूक्ष्म अदृश्य लोक है

जन, महः, सत्यम्-------- अदृश्य सूक्ष्तर देवलोक हैं

विशुद्धतः चेतनात्मक सत्ता देवी देवताओं या दिव्य सत्ताओं के रूप में उच्च लोक में अवस्थित रहते हैं । अंतरिक्ष में कई आलौकिक और दिव्य सत्ताएं  विद्यमान हैं ,कभी कभी वे समय समय पर मानव को दर्शन देकर सत्कर्मों के लिए प्रेरणा देती हैं और उनकी सहायता करती हैं । ऐसे दिव्य दर्शन किसी विशेष विश्वास या  साधना के ऊपर आश्रित नहीं होते हैं , यह वास्तविक दर्शन हैं।कई बार किसी संस्थान या सम्प्रदाय की स्थापना करने वाले  महापुरुष अपनी मृत्यु के  बाद भी सूक्ष्म लोक से आकर  अन्य लोगों को जागृत /स्वप्न अवस्था में दर्शन दे कर अपने सम्प्रदाय में शमिल होने के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं । जैसे ब्रह्मकुमारी संस्थान के संस्थापक स्वर्गीय दादा लेखराज अनेक  लोगों को जागृत/स्वप्न में दर्शन देकर कर ब्रह्मकुमारी संस्थान से जुड़ने के लिए प्रेरित कर चुके हैं । या यह भी हो सकता है की सूक्ष्म जगत की उच्च कोटि की आत्माएं दादा लेखराज का रूप धर कर दर्शन दे कर प्रेरणा देते हों । कई बार उच्च  स्तर पर रहने वाली दिव्यात्में , भूलोक पर रहने वाले शुद्ध  मनुष्यों को अपने अपने लोक में लाने के लिए उन्हें दर्शन देते हैं या सन्देश देते हैं ।

दिव्य दर्शन या साक्षात्कार कई प्रकार के होते हैं जैसे स्वप्न में ,जागृत अवस्था में या मृत्यु से पूर्व दर्शन होना । कई साधकों को स्वप्न में, जागृत में या ध्यान में सफ़ेद प्रकाश के दर्शन होते हैं । ऐसा तब होता है जब साधक का अवचेतन मन जागृत होता है , तब सूक्ष्म जगत की उच्च कोटि की आत्माएं सफ़ेद प्रकाश स्वरुप दर्शन या सन्देश देती हैं । कई बार कई सूक्ष्म जगत की आत्माएं स्वप्न में किसी देवी- देवता का रूप धर कर दर्शन दे कर कोई मंदिर , या धर्मिक संस्थान बनाने के लिए प्रेरित करती हैं ।मृत्यु के समय भी कई लोगों को सूक्ष्म जगत की आत्माओं के दर्शन होते हैं , इनमें अधिकतर अपने खुद के इस जन्म या पीछे जन्मों के स्वर्गीय सम्बन्धी होते हैं । मृत्यु के समय कई बार सूक्ष्म जगत की आत्माएं ज्ञान या आगे के जन्मों के लिए प्रेरणा देने के लिए दर्शन देते हैं या जीवात्मा को आपने अपने सूक्ष्म लोक में ले जाने के लिए दर्शन दे सकते हैं ।   

कभी कभी सूक्ष्म जगत की कुछ बलशाली सत्ताएं साधक  को उसकी साधना से भ्रष्ट करने  के लिए छदम रूप  [shape shift ] धर कर इच्छित देवी देवता का दर्शन दे देते  हैं । ऐसे दर्शन साधक को अहंकार से भर देते हैं और उसका आध्यत्मिक  पतन होना शुरू हो जाता है ।

कभी कभी ऐतिहसिक -पौराणिक  स्थलों में प्राचीन दिव्य पुरुषों   की झलक दिखाई दे जाती है । जैसे वृन्दावन में श्रीकृष्ण ,चित्रकूट में श्रीराम , या शक्ति पीठ में देवी के दर्शन  होते हैं ।   ऊँचे आदर्शों वाले संकल्पित अवतारी दिव्य आत्माओं का तेज काफी बड़ा चढ़ा होता है और उनके विद्युत कण हज़ारों वर्षों तक  उस विशेष स्थान पर बने रहते हैं  और समय समय पर अनुकूल मनोभूमि वालों को इनके   मूर्त रूप के दर्शन होते रहते हैं ।

हमेशा तुम सफ़ेद कोर की साड़ी में लिपटी रहती , जीवन के अंतिम पड़ाव में भी तुम काफी सुन्दर थी और तुम्हरे चेहरे पर काफी तेज़ था , तुम एक भरे पूरे  परिवार की मालकिन थी , बेटे ,बेटियां , नाती, पोतों से घिरे तुम्हारे जीवन को देख कर कोई भी स्वाभाविक रूप से तुम्हें सौभाग्यशाली ही समझता , एक प्रतिष्ठित परिवार की तुम गृहस्वामिनी थी , लेकिन पता नहीं क्यों तुम्हरी आँखें ,दिल कोई साथी खोजती थी जिससे तुम अपने दिल की बात कर सको , शानो शौकत , मान प्रतिष्ठा , धन धान्य ...........के बीच एक बेचैनी थी , एक नीरवता थी जिसे तुम बांटना चाहती थी ,.....शायद इस जीवन से रुखसत होते समय तुम थोड़ी हल्की होना चाहती थी , तुम्हारी आत्मा अपने आठ बच्चों और अनेकों नाती पोतों के बीच सकून न पा सकी और तुमने न  जाने किन पलों में मुझे अपना सखा  जान कर अपने दिल पर पड़ी कोहरे की परतों को उकेरा ...................सुहासिनी ...हाँ यही नाम बतया था तुमने ...........तब तुमने  कहा सुहासिनी तुम्हरे पति की दूसरी पत्नी है जिसे कभी सामाजिक दर्जा नहीं मिल सका ....तुम्हारे  पति ने उसके माथे पर सिन्दूर  लगा कर उसे अपनी अर्धांगिनी बनाया जो हमेशा समाज से छुपी रही और तुम्हारी परिवार की मान -प्रतिष्ठा पर कभी आंच नहीं आने दी ..................इसके साथ तुमने खुलासा किया की तुम्हारे आठ बच्चों के आलावा तुम्हारे पति का एक  नाजायज़ बेटा भी है जिसकी उम्र तुमने उस समय ५०-५२ साल की बताई थी , जो सुहासिनी से नहीं  था .............तुम्हारी शादी के इतने सालों के बाद तुम्हारा यह सब बताना , वह भी मुझे हैरान करता है की इतने लम्बे शादी शुदा जीवन में तुमने कभी भी एक पल भी अपने पति से प्रेम किया ?

अंतिम बार जब मैंने तुम्हें देखा था , तुम्हारे इस दुनिया से जाने से महज़ ५-६ महीने पहले ही , एक पारिवारिक समारोह में तुम्हारे  पोपले मुँह में मैं मोतीचूर के लड्डू डाल रही थी , मेरे कंधे से टिकी  हुई  तुम एक छोटी सी बच्ची की तरह अपना मुँह खोलती और में उसमें मोतीचूर के लड्डू का एक कोर डाल देती .....उस समय ,तुम एक असहाय ,शरीरिक और मानसिक रूप से टूटी हुई वृद्धा थी , अपने ही खड़े किये सम्राज्य में तुम्हारी बहुओं और पोते की बहुओं  ने तुम्हें  डायन कहना शुरू कर दिया थी ...........पति को खाने वाली, बेटों को खाने वाली , दामाद को खाने वाली . .....फिर तुम उस स्थिति में चली गई जब तुम्हारे अपने ही बच्चे तुम्हारी मृत्यु की कामना करने लगे तुम्हारी  अमीर बेटियों ने  चालाकी से तुमसे अपन मुंह मोड़ लिया .....यह से तो बेटों का अधिकार है माँ -बाप की सेवा करना .............काश तुम्हारे अपनों की मन की दरिद्रता तुम्हारी अकूत संपत्ति खरीद पाती . ...अपनों की बेरुखी ,सुहासिनी और उस नाजायज़ बेटे के बारे में जानकार एक प्रतिष्ठित , आन-बान और झूठी शानों - शौकत वाली  जीवन में शायद तुम्हें दो  पल का क़रार न मिला हो लेकिन में दिल से दुआ करती हूँ की तुम्हारी आत्मा में सकून आये तुम शांत हो सको और अपने अगले जन्म में ह्रदय में करुणा और माफ़ी ले कर पैदा हो सको .......अनंत ब्रह्माण्ड की तरंगों में तुम समां गई , मेरी दोस्त , मेरी सखी तुम अपनी वेदना से मुक्ति पा सको ..........तुमने जो हरे रंग का शॉल मुझे दिया था वह आज भी मेरे दिल के करीब है , आज भी  सर्द रातों में उसे  ही ओढ़ती हूँ .....

The Definite Signs of Spiritual Puberty

A spiritual person following the path of spirituality is utterly alone. The world around him is not a world of things and beings but one of thoughts and memories.

As a seeker walks on the path of spirituality, he encounters the same obstacles in a finer and subtler form at each stage of his spiritual journey. Determined will and undaunted effort are only equipment for success on the path of spirituality.

It is very difficult to measure progress in spirituality. It may be that when a seeker feels exalted and over- confident that he is really making good progress, he may be actually going downhill. On the other hand, it may be that the seeker feels totally lost, confused and in jeopardy may be really making a very good progress.

All forms of meditation and spiritual practices have been a means of turning off the outside world in an effort to open a channel within, through which the higher forces could enter inside, the invisible could be perceived and the presence of the God could be felt.

In higher path of spirituality whenever you attain a state of inner peace, tranquillity, relaxation and is aware of body-mind and soul simultaneously your own body gives definite signs of spiritual advancement or evolution concerning with perfect harmony of nervous system. Harmonization and synchronization of one's natural forces and energies result with regular practice of spiritual techniques.

During puberty our bodies undergoes a series of physical, mental, emotional and hormonal changes that will transition us childhood to adulthood. Some common signs of puberty are like growing up body parts, hair sprouting, getting facial hair, cracking and deepening of voice and sexual development etc.

So there must be some visible and obvious set of standard or milestones which are definite indicative signs of spiritual progress known as spiritual puberty. There are many certain and specific signs by which a seekers' progress in the spiritual path can be ascertained.

Two very important and observational indicators of advanced progress in spirituality are

Opening of Sushumna Nadi

It is a strict law that on any spiritual path, whatever consciously or unconsciously, unless the kundalini is awakened, no benefit of any kind is obtained. Whenever by devotion, knowledge, by renunciation, by divine grace, yoga, asana postures, meditation, by austerities or by shaktipaat, when the kundalini is awaken and begins to move upward through the Sushumna Nadi then only higher level spiritual progress is indicated and this is the fixed rule.

In human body there are 72,000 nadis or channels through which prana circulates. There are 10 important Nadi out of which 3 are most important. Sushumna is the main Nadi and it flows through the central canal within the spinal cord, is responsible for all spiritual awareness. Ida is situated to left side of Sushumna controls all mental functions while Pingla situated at the right side of Sushumna controls all vital functions of the body.

Ida is related to breathe flow in the left nostril and the parasympathetic nervous system while the Pingla is related to the breath flow in the right nostril and the sympathetic nervous system.

Unless Ida and Pingla are balanced there will be many hindrances to spiritual progress. The balance occurs naturally as a definite sign of advanced spiritual puberty.Opening of Sushumna is indicated by breathing through both nostrils simultaneously. When Ida and Pingla are flowing together the third flow of Sushumna Nadi is opened.

In higher spiritual path when the body [Pingla] and mind [Ida] are balanced and synchronised a third force spiritual energy arises, this is a definite sign of spiritual puberty, when you breathe from both nostrils simultaneously.

Khechari mudra

Khechari mudra is a simple but very important technique which is utilized in many spiritual techniques. It involves folding the tongue back and placing it against the upper palate. In Kechari mudra the prana is located above the nasopharynex, eliminating the need for respiration of the tissue and cells and placing the body in a state of suspended animation or hibernation.

Mudras are the smaller body locks. In this mudra, the tongue is put against the palate. It was kept a well-guarded secret for thousands of years, and very correctly so. It is an old technique from Hatha Yoga to achieve peace of mind and to facilitate a state of silent and deep meditation, and hence achieving the highest state of samadhi. 

Touch the tip of your tongue against the upper palate

Khechari is induced naturally to a seeker in higher state of spirituality. It is a neurological switch which indicates a state of the purified nervous system. Khechari is an ecstatic connection that illuminates our entire nervous system. It is the higher spiritual practices which send us into Khechari, when every cells or fiber of our being wants self-realization or enlightenment the tongue automatically rolls back and go up or in mild form we can say that it may touch the upper palate.

Khechari fosters the major sexual neuron-opening in the head. Khechari as a spiritual puberty is a constant internal orgy of radiating ecstatic bliss which indicates the cosmic sexual union of Shiv and Shakti or Yin and Yang.

So opening of Sushumna Nadi or breathing from both nostrils and Khechari mudra or rolling back of tongue [ or in mild form tongue  touching the upper palate ] are the definite signs of spiritual puberty, resulting from purified and enlightened and illuminated nervous system. •  Request the Reiki, Reiki masters and guides to send you the Divine Reiki Light.
•  Visualize the Divine Reiki Light as a very high voltage silver white light coming from infinity, and entering your Crown Chakra.
•  Visualize this divine spiritual light coming down through Third Eye Chakra to the Throat Chakra to your Heart Chakra.
•  Project the DRL out from your front Heart Chakra in a cone like fashion. Like a conical beam of light emerging from a very powerful torch.
•  Now see the intended healee, situation or event as small as enough to be covered by the DRL -cone.
•  Now further enhanced and intensify the DRL by sending additional Reiki through your hands. Intend that Reiki should also flow from your hands to heal the objective covered by the DRL-cone.
•  When you are satisfied with healing, declare the person/situation/event as healed.
•  Now thanks the divine DRL with the attitude of gratitude.
•  The frequency of the DRL sessions will evidently depend on the seriousness of the problem.
