Acupressure : How to Detect Anemia


Anemia happens when the number of healthy red blood cells in your body is too low. Red blood cells carry oxygen to all of the body’s tissues, so a low red blood cell count indicates that the amount of oxygen in your blood is lower than it should be. Many of the symptoms of anemia are caused by decreased oxygen delivery to the body’s vital tissues and organs. So the deficiency of red blood cells is known as anemia . 

 Symptoms of Anemia are  : Tiredness, dizziness, headaches, depression, slow healing, loss of sex drive, bruising, nervousness, shortness of breath, pallor and palpitation.

Parameters :

 Point no - 8: thyroid , works as a thermostat in the body .
Point no -20 : colon , the main function is the absorption of water and elimination of mucous and waste products 
Point no- 23 : liver , controls body heat and also Breaks down erythrocytes (RBC) and defends against microbes
Point no -28 ---Adrenal , controls oxygenation and circulation of blood 
Point no -37 : Spleen , acts as a filter for blood as part of the immune system. Old red blood cells are recycled in the spleen, and platelets and white blood cells are stored there.

 Severe pain on following points indicates Anemia

 Hurting pain on 37 --- indicates something problematic in the blood
Hurting pain on 37 + 16 --indicates anemia due to degeneration of blood 
Hurting pain on 37+9 ---indicates anemia due to degeneration of bones 
Hurting pain on 37 + 19 +22+23+28 ---anemia due to ulcers 
Hurting pain on 37 + on the outer side in the middle of the nails of smallest toe/last finger ---indicates anemia due to intestinal worms 
Hurting pain on 37+ 20+23+8 ---indicates severe anemic condition
