Astrology of Slipped Disc
Sometimes called a slipped or ruptured disc, a herniated disk most often occurs in the lower back. It is one of the most common causes of low back pain, as well as leg pain (sciatica).
Between 60% and 80% of people will experience low back pain at some point in their lives. A high percentage of people will have low back and leg pain caused by a herniated disc.
In many cases, a herniated disc is related to the natural aging of the spine. In children and young adults, disks have high water content. As we get older, our disks begin to dry out and weaken. The discs begin to shrink and the spaces between the vertebrae get narrower. This normal aging process is called disc degeneration. Men between the ages of 30 and 50 are most likely to have a herniated disk. Other than age and gender other risk factors are improper lifting, overweight, spine straining repetitive activities, frequent driving, sedentary lifestyle, smoking.
Symptoms of the slipped disc are back pain, foot pain, numbness/tingling sensation in the foot, weakness in the leg and sometimes loss of bladder or bowel control. Many people experience no symptoms from a herniated disk, and the majority of people who have herniated disks do not need surgery.

Saturn-Mars Conjunction/Retrogression in 2016
Saturn-Mars conjunction took place at 16:42 hrs. on 20/02/2016. The formation of Dwandwa Yoga between Saturn and Mars is coming into existence after the entry of Mars in Scorpio. This combination shall remain in continuation till 07:44 hrs. on 18/09/2016.This combination of Mars and Saturn would continue in Scorpio for around 6 months and 28 days. Saturn and Mars both in Scorpio shall be causing havoc from 20th February till 18th September.This time, however Mars would retrograde within this sign making this into a very long & challenging 211 days conjunction.
