Astrology of Spirituality and Mysticism : Case Study

Pushya  Nakshatra:

The word Pushya means to strengthen, to fortify. The word etymologically means "to nourish" and that again means to preserve, to protect, replenish, multiply and strengthen.
Pushya is also known as  Tishya which means Auspicious. Pushya nakshatra is considered as an auspicious and very superior nakshatra.Pushya is derived from Pushti which means nourishment.

Pushya Nakshatra increases our good karma and good efforts. The value of this Nakshatra for religious and spiritual practices is emphasized.Pushya connects us with spiritual knowledge, but also religion, ritual, and morality in general.

Ascendant :

The ascendant (rising sign) is of primary importance when trying to understanding the spiritual “possibilities” present within one’s life. Traditionally, the ascendant is related to an individual’s ego expression, outer appearance, and physical body. In mystical Astrology, it is understood that these themes must be examined from the higher perspective as well. Therefore, the ascendant does not simply relate to a person’s physical form, but also to his/her spiritual form. In short, the ascendant rules the causal body. The causal body is the form through which the Soul functions. It is the abode of the Soul, so to speak. Contained within the causal body is the key to understanding the Soul’s incarnational intention. Therefore, from a spiritual perspective, the ascendant is the most important sign of consideration.

Jupiter in Ascendant:

These natives having Jupiter in ascendant would possess special significance of spirituality as they will deeply believe upon the divine presence for which they will pursue variant spiritual rituals and would also accomplish their social responsibilities. Altogether, they are truly kind and sympathetic souls who believe in the purity of the core.

Ketu in Ascendant:

Ketu in the 1st house shows that in recent past lives the individual self and identity was developed. There is a feeling of self-mastery and self-negation in this life. Their identity in this life is not as important to them, and in fact, can be a source of stress as there are high levels of perfectionism and unreal standards of self-awareness. This person may feel they are always falling short of the level of self-mastery that is possible.

Uranus in Ascendant:

Uranus is the planet of individuality, genius, and the ruler of the Aquarian Age, and the ascendant symbolizes the native's personality and how he project himself into the world, They are individuality personified, have an unusually strong love of truth, and are independent, original, and eccentric in manner and appearance. Very self-aware, they are direct and blunt to a fault and are universally liked because of their openness and honesty. And since Uranus rules electricity and vibrations and the ascendant is the way into and out of your body, there is some correlation between this placement and being hit by lightning, or the body of the native may radiate very high subtle vibrations.

Jupiter-Ketu conjunction:

Jupiter rules expansion of consciousness; Ketu rules perfect enlightenment. Together (especially in houses 1, 4, 5, 9 or 12) they tend to impel to the native towards the grand goal of human life - Moksha (liberation). However, Ketu may give the native antisocial qualities.

 Jupiter-Uranus  Conjunction:

Uranus-  Jupiter conjunction gives the philosophical quest excitation and sporadic stimulation. a Jupiter-Uranus conjunction usually implies that our orientation in this world is going to be guided by a sense of intuition and a belief that there is a latent potential for ever-increasing levels of good, truth, and beauty to manifest in this world. The die-hard belief in the unfaltering goodness of progress is often a key notion to the person born under Jupiter - Uranus conjunction.Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in the birth chart is a good indication that one’s intuitive faculties are heightened and wide open.

8th house:

The venerable 8th house is host to transformative power, occult activities, and communication with the "other side of the veil" including the astral zone and realm of the dead. Here too, is the domain of sex magic and the darker associations of magical practice for the purpose of gaining power over others. The eighth house is dangerous, as one can lose their way in attempting communion with entities and arcane forces. This domain is where the inheritance of the ancestors is to be found, including obsessions and compulsions; also where mutations and recombinations of DNA would be triggered. The 8th House is the most intense and powerful house in astrology. It rules death, regeneration, rebirth, healing, transformation, darkness, sexuality, behind the scenes energy and anything taboo and secret. All the energy of Scorpio and Pluto/Mars bring a heightened awareness of the deep, dark things in life that most people hide from.

Saturn in the 8th  House:

The energy is focused on learning and discipline. These individuals are learning self-control and often repress their desires. Sexual tensions are high with this position and often these individuals are afraid of intimacy. They can overcome this fear by being vulnerable and letting go of the need to control their own emotions. This placement also shows a karmic wound in areas of sexuality, intimacy, relationships, death and inheritances. The positive manifestations of the eighth house may be blocked with this placement because Saturn is the planet of karmic learning and this process is sometimes painful. The true lesson of this placement is to let go of the past and to learn to trust others and themselves.

Debilitated Saturn in 8th house:

These people prone to jealousy in the relationship. The 8th house is strongly connected to the unconscious levels of the person, and thus, sex represented here is of a deeper kind, the one that blends and bonds, creates soul-to-soul love relationships, and breaks down the borders of the ego. They are born spiritual healers. In the lifetime, they may have many secret relationships as  8th house is the house of secrecy in astrology.

Saturn conjunct Venus

Venus is very much connected to our love ties and symbolizes your heart’s desire. Saturn, on the other hand, is a dark cloud. He’s a real downer who can make us painfully critical of ourselves—particularly when he’s in close contact with one of our personal planets.

This karmic combination is one that goes straight to the heart. Most of the love relationships the native encounter will have a karmic twist of fate. The key to making things twist in his direction is to give himself more love and to stop putting him in situations in which he always ends up being the victim. This can be a karmic aspect, people who knew in previous lives that felt betrayed or hurt by him, will seek him out in this life in order to teach him a lesson and balance things out. It is also possible that people who hurt him in previous incarnations will come back with love to give and valuable lessons to teach. Once he will reach a certain evolutionary point in his life, hardship and sorrow will give way to loving and lasting relationships.
