Acupressure : How to Diagnose a Heart Problem

The heart is a hollow muscular organ the body's most powerful magnificent muscle. It pumps vital nutrients and oxygen to all the tissues of the body and in turn carries their waste products including carbon dioxide . The heart lies in an oblique position between the lungs and behind the chest bone . The pumping cycle consists of contraction ( systole) and resting stage ( diastole ) . The beat of the heart makes the blood to flow through arteries .
Heart diseases or CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) are Enlarged Heart (Cardiomyopathy) ; Heart Attack ; Irregular Heart Rhythm (arrhythmia ) ; Heart Valve Disease ; Sudden Cardiac Death ; Congenital Heart Disease ; Heart Muscle Disease (Cardiomyopathy) ; Pericarditis ; Marfan Syndrome(genetic defect  weakens connective tissues ) ; Heart Murmurs (blood flowing through a damaged or overworked heart valve)

Heart and acupressure : 

Point no-36 of heart is  found on the left palm and left sole. In hand this Point is located 2 fingers width below from the base of the little finger on the inner mount of the palm. In foot this Point is found 2 fingers width below from the base of the little toe and on the vertical line of point No. 24.

Even a slight pain on point no-36 of heart indicates Cardiac disorders,High blood pressure,Low blood pressure,Chest pain,Exertion,Asthma,Palpitations,Nervousness,Breathlessness,Angina pectoris,Excess sweating,Excess urination,Heart valve disorders


Exactness in  Diagnosis of  heart problems :
  1. Even a  slight pain on point no-36 of heart on the left palm indicates some developing problems of heart  . If the pain on point no-36 is unbearable and very severe it denotes impending  heart attack .So immediately consult the doctor and take a complete rest  for 4-5 days .  
  2. Not all chest pain are  caused by heart ailments . If point no-36 of heart is not paining then there might be some other cause  for the chest pain .
  3. Press point no -29 of solar plexus  on both palms  , if there is pain and point no-36 of heart is not paining , it indicates dislocated solar plexus or severe gastritis is the cause of chest pain .
  4. Press points of spinal cord on the back of left hand , if there is pain and point no-36 of heart is not paining, it indicates muscular  pain starting from vertebrate no 6 to 8 of the spinal column is the cause for chest pain . 
  5. Pain on point no 3-4 of Pineal-pituitary  indicated high BP due to water retention  in the body. 
  6. Pain on 36+28 indicates less circular of blood. 
  7. Pain on 36+8 indicates heart attack .
  8. Pain on 36+8+breathlessness indicates blocked arteries,varicose veins.
  9. Pain on point no-22 and 23 of gall bladder and liver indicates  high cholesterol level .
