डेन्यूब से चलने वाली ठंडी हवा कोसावा ने
तुम्हें मुझसे चुरा लिया है
तुम्हारे इंतज़ार में मेरी कमान जैसी भौं के नीचे जलाने वाली लौ ने
मेरे होठों की बर्फ को पिघला दिया है
आह, कोसावा , मदमस्त बहो
और काले बादलों का पीछा करो
आह, कोसावा , मदमस्त बहो
और हमारे कदमों को तेज़ गति दो
डेन्यूब से चलने वाली ठंडी हवा कोसावा ने
आज रात तुम्हें मुझसे दूर कर दिया है
इन दो काली आँखों के चलते
मेरे मन में कोई शांति नहीं है
और न ही मेरे मन में किसी सपने को देखने ख्वाहिश ही बची है !
Košava (Serbian Cyrillic: Кошава, pronounced [kɔ̌ʃaʋa]) is a cold, very squally southeastern wind found in Serbia and some nearby countries. It starts in the Carpathian Mountains and follows the Danube northwest through the Iron Gate region where it gains a jet effect, then continues to Belgrade.
