Spiritual and mystical teachings throughout the ages have taught that God can only be reached through an inner illumination. God is not in the heavens or anywhere else, but within, it has been taught. Such teachings have been confirmed in the light of modern mystical experiences. The basic message of mystical thought is that every man is potentially a God in his right. True prayer or meditation, is a communication with ourselves. The father, the supreme power or the Brahma whom we pray is in fact that a part of us which has already reached God Status, the Higher Self of Huna mystic. In Hindu philosophy, the Sanskrit sentence - Aham Bramhāsmi (Devanagari: अहं ब्रह्म अस्मि) - means "I am Brahman" (Aham Brahman Asmi) or "I am the Infinite Reality". It is one of the four Mahavakyas used to explain the unity of macrocosm and microcosm.

The Higher Self is the spiritual part of man being the most enlightened part of his nature. Higher Self is both a part of us and apart from us. Kahuna called it the great parent, being both a spiritual mother and a spiritual father. In praying Kahunas addressed their supplications to their Higher rather than to some remote great God. This gave them a clear psychological advantage over their contemporaries for getting results from prayers and invocations. Kahunas were practical in their beliefs and approach. Trying to comprehend a Deity was a psychological impossibility in their eyes, creating an undesirable mental and emotional blockage within the petitioner. The idea of one supreme God who did nothing else but listen simultaneously to millions of prayers being offered to him all over the world twenty-four hours a day to them seemed ludicrous. To know that there is a greater, more perfect and very powerful part of ourselves to whom we can turn to and trust is indeed a great source of inspiration and motivation.

No more does one have to struggle with trying to reach a remote great God in the  heavens in whom we can never be really sure is there,  or would be bothered to stop running the Universe in order to come and listen to our petty problem. The Higher self is so close to us actually longs to help us through our difficulties. And it has the power to solve them in a very definite manner if only we would seek its help.

Higher Self will never intervene in one’s affair unless its help is specifically asked for. Even though it will weep for you in your troubles, as it is with you in everything, it will not step into help.

Learn to communicate with your Higher Self and a new life of unlimited happiness, love and accomplishment can be yours. Communication with the Higher Self is the backbone of Huna psychology. How Disillusioned Sujata found Real Love

Sujata from Delhi was single in her late thirties, not particularly attractive as per Indian norms and had a weight problem to boot. She had given up hope of ever finding Mr. Right having become very disillusioned with men as a whole .She came to a Huna Coach with frustration and without having any sense of direction in her life. After tea they met again on the banks of Ganga few more times .Soon they discovered that they had several mutual interests and soon a close friendship developed, culminating in a serious romance. Three months later they married.

One thing that Sujata didn’t know in the early stages of their relationship was the nature Of Raman’s financial status .This in truth didn’t really interest her although she could see that he was obviously a man of some affluence. He had merely told her that he was involved with a textile industry. He later revealed shortly before his proposal for marriage that he was in fact the chairman of a leading textile industry in Gujarat. He did not divulge this earlier for fear of thinking that her interest in him may have been purely motivated by his financial bearing. He needed to feel that it was him, alone that interested her.This she truly was and happy and well matched couple they transpired to be.

 Sujata was so happy with this result from performing the Huan –ritual; especially as she was beginning to think that it would never work after two months of no apparent development. काम वासना और ज्योतिष

1. यदि शनि स्वक्षेत्री ,मूलत्रिकोण राशि या अपनी उच्च राशि का होकर लग्न से केंद्रवर्ती हो तो शशः योग बनता  है । ऐसा व्यक्ति राजा ,सचिव,  जंगल पहाड़ पर घूमने वाला  ,पराये धन का अपहरण करने वाला ,दूसरों की कमजोरियों को जानने वाला ,दूसरों की पत्नी  से सम्बन्ध  स्थापित करने की इच्छा  करने वाला  होता है ।कभी  कभी  अपने इस दुराचार के लिए उसकी प्रतिष्ठा कलंकित हो सकती है , वह दूसरों की नज़रों में  गिर सकता है और समाज में अपमानित भी हो सकता है ।
2. शनि लग्न में हो तो जातक में वासना अधिक होती है,पंचम भाव में  शनि अपनी से बड़ी उम्र की स्त्री से आकर्षण   , सप्तम में होने से व्यभिचारी प्रवृति,चन्द्रमा  के साथ होने पर वेश्यागामी, मंगल के साथ  होने पर स्त्री में और शुक्र के साथ  होने पर पुरुष में कामुकता अधिक होती है ।
3. दशम स्थान का  शनि विरोधाभास उत्पन्न करता है , जातक कभी कभी ज्ञान वैराग्य की बात करता है तो कभी कभी कामशास्त्र का गंभीरता से विश्लेषण करता है , काम और सन्यास के बीच जातक झूलता रहता है ।
4. दूषित शनि यदि चतुर्थ भाव में उपस्थित  हो तो जातक की वासना उसे  incest की और अग्रसर करती  है  ।
5. शनि की चन्द्रमा/शुक्र/मंगल के साथ  युति जातक में काम वासना को काफी बड़ा देती है ।  

चन्द्रमा 

1. चन्द्रमा बारहवें भाव में मीन राशि में हो तो जातक अनेकों का उपभोग करता है । 
2. नवम भाव में दूषित चन्द्रमा की उपस्थिति गुरु/ शिक्षक /मार्गदर्शक  के साथ व्यभिचार करने के  उकसाते हैं ।
3. सप्तम भाव में क्षीण चन्द्रमा किसी पाप ग्रह के साथ   बैठा हो  तो जातक विवाहित स्त्री से आकर्षित होता है ।
4. नीच का चन्द्रमा सप्तम स्थान पर हो तो जातक आपने नौकर /नौकरानी से शारीरिक सम्बन्ध बनाते हैं ।

मंगल 

1. मंगल की उपस्थिति 8 /9 /12 भाव में हो तो जातक कामुक होता है । 
2. मंगल सप्तम भाव  में हो और उसपर कोई शुभ प्रभाव न हो तो जातक नबालिकों  के साथ सम्बन्ध बनाता है ।
3. मंगल की राशि में शुक्र या शुक्र की राशि में मंगल की उपस्थित  हो तो  जातक में कामुकता अधिक होती है । 
4. जातक कामांध होकर पशु सामान व्यवहार करता है यदि मंगल और एक पाप ग्रह सप्तम में स्थित हो या  सूर्य सप्तम में और मंगल चतुर्थ भाव  हो या  मंगल चतुर्थ भाव में और राहु सप्तम  भाव में हो या शुक्र मंगल की राशि में स्थित होकर सप्तम को देखता हो ।

Lower Self --- repository of all emotions

Lower self as a seat of emotion and feelings can be best be equated to subconscious or unconscious mind. Lower self can be likened to a computer although it is infinitely more complex than anything that man could ever create. It performs millions of vital functions within the body and mind every split second.   The Lower self is repository of all memories. All feelings ever experienced either now or when you were 2 months old are stored within the memory centre of the Lower self.

All guilt complexes and neurosises , no matter how much they are repressed, remain very alive in the Lower self. The Lower self forgets nothing.

Unfortunately many people seem to be unaware of the existence of this computer mind that they possess as a consequence carelessly feed into it all sorts of rubbish and then get a lot of rubbish back from it. The Lower self is not able to make rational decisions of its own , it is simply an automation. It is an animal of reactions only; it feels things but does not think them.  

Lower self will accept uncritically any thought or idea that is given to it. Lower self has stored and nursed every piece of garbage that you have fed into it over all the years. Being the memory centre of your world , it has recorded and filled every single impression, even complete trivia that has been recorded through your senses since the day you were born.

Lower self is a highly sophisticated super computer in its fantastic make-up for absorbing everything; it will give back to its programmer exactly what has been fed into it.

People blame computers for going wrong and for causing chaos ,but they are only producing that which was fed into them in the first place , likewise garbage is received from man made computers because of all the erroneous information that is fed into them by the careless programmers . It is not the computers that are at fault but the highly paid dim –wits that are in charge of them.

Inefficient firms are made up of inefficient people .Inefficient firms generally blame computers for their trouble. You are only getting back what you have fed into your system for so long consciously or unconsciously. You are just paying the price for lousy, careless programming. The fact that you may not have been aware that you were harming yourself in this way does not  exonerate you from blame.Do not look for excuses, face up to yourself and your inadequacies ! you will be a  much better person for it .

स्वस्थ दाँत और सुंदर मुस्कान

 शालिनी  और रेखा [ परिवर्तित  नाम : ) ]  मेरे बचपन की सखियाँ हैं और दिल्ली में रहती हैं । अक्सर लेटेस्ट टेक्नोलॉजी के माध्यम से उन लोगों से विचारों का आदान प्रदान होता  रहता है । कुछ एक दिन पहले दोनों ने मुझे बताया की उन दोनों ने डेंटिस्ट से अपॉइंटमेंट ली है शालिनी को ब्रश करते समय मसूड़े से खून आता था और रेखा के दांतों में काफी टार्टर और plaque जमा  हुआ था  जिससे उसकी हंसी  में चार चाँद नहीं लग पाते थे । आजकल तो दिल्ली में प्रदूषण और खराब पानी की वजह से काफी छोटी उम्र में डेंटिस्ट के चक्कर लगने शुरू हो जाते हैं । दिल्ली में कई इलाकों में सप्लाई या अंडर ग्राउंड वाटर  का TDS [Total Dissolved Solids ] 1000mg/L  से अधिक रहता है जबकि इसकी अधिकतम सेफ लिमिट BIS [The Bureau of Indian Standards ] के अनुसार 500 ppm से अधिक नहीं  होनी चाहिए । TDS में कैल्शियम, फॉस्फेट , नाइट्रेट्स ,सोडियम ,पोटैशियम ,क्लोराइड ,आयरन के अतिरिक्त मिट्टी के कण भी पाये जाते हैं ।

पीने योग्य और खाना पकाने  योग्य पानी तो RO फ़िल्टर से उपलब्ध हो जाता है लेकिन मुंह धोने के लिए अक्सर नल का पानी  ही प्रयोग में लाया जाता है । पहले जब हम लोग छोटे थे तो घर  में साधरण टूथ पेस्ट या मंजन के आलावा नमक और  सरसों के तेल से भी दांतों   को साफ करने लिए के लिए प्रेरित किया जाता था इससे दांत और मसूड़े दोनों स्वस्थ  रहते थे ।

खैर हमने अपनी सखियों के कहा की दांतों को सुपर वाइट बनाने वाले तथाकथित ब्लीच युक्त टूथपेस्ट [ जैसे सोनम कपूर का एक टूथपेस्ट का  विज्ञापन जिसमें उसके दांत अननैचरल  वाइट लगते हैं ]  के साथ साथ डेंटिस्ट से 4-5  सिटींग में दांतों की स्केलिंग, प्रोफेशनल क्लीनिंग या ओरल प्रोफिलैक्सिस  करवाने से पहले यदि वो  इस कारगार नुख्से को अपना सकती है तो  न केवल उन्हें  अपनी अपनी समस्याओं  से निज़ात ही मिलेगी बल्कि  डेंटिस्ट के पीड़ादायक उपचारों  से मुक्ति भी मिलेगी ।

इसमें जरुरत है मात्र 

 एक चुटकी भर  ...... Eno की   

Eno पाउडर के प्रति 5  ग्राम के सेशे में

2. 32 ग्राम सोडिम बई कार्बोनेट (46% बेकिंग सोडा )

2. 18 ग्राम सिट्रिक एसिड  (44% )

0. 50 ग्राम अनहयड्रोस सोडियम कार्बोनेट ( 10%  सोडा एश )

 होता है ।

Eno पेट की एसिडिटी कम करने के साथ साथ बेकरी में बहुलता से प्रयोग में लाया जाता है ।

विधि

अपनी एक हथेली पर चुटकी भर Eno ले फिर उस पर 1-2  बूंदें साफ़  पानी की डाल लें इससे उसमें झाग उठने  लगेगा  और फिर अपने टूथब्रश  पर कोई भी रेगुलर टूथपेस्ट लगा लें फिर उस झाग युक्त Eno से अच्छी तरह मिला लें फिर  उस मिश्रण से दांतों और  मसूड़ों को अच्छी  तरह से धीमे धीमे ब्रश करें । ऊपर के दांतों को  ऊपर से नीचे की दिशा में और  नीचे के दांतों को नीचे  से ऊपर की दिशा में ब्रश करें साथ ही  मसूंडों  पर भी बिलकुल हल्के हाथ से  सर्कुलर मोशन में ब्रश करें । इसके बाद  अच्छी तरह से कुल्ला करके टंग क्लीनर से जीभ साफ़ कर लें ।

मैंने उन्हें कहा की दांतों की नियमित सफाई करने के साथ साथ वे हफ्ते में 2 बार ही Eno वाला प्रयोग करें  फिर  दो हफ़्तों के बाद हफ्ते में एक बार ही यह प्रयोग करें । ऐसा  नियमित करने से  उनके दांत और मसूड़े दोनों   स्वस्थ रहेंगें ।

अभी तक मेरी सखियों ने केवल दो बार ही इस विधि का प्रयोग किया और उन्हें काफी अंशों में अपनी अपनी समस्या से मुक्ति मिल गई है ।

केवल यह धयान रखें की इस विधि का बहुलता से प्रयोग नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि Eno में उपस्थित तत्व ओर्थोडोंटिक ग्लू को गला  सकते हैं इसलिए जिन्हें  braces  लगे हों या दाँतों में फिलिंग को उन्हें इस प्रयोग से बचना चाहिए ।
