The kidneys are bean-shaped organs that serve several essential regulatory roles in vertebrates. Their main function is the balance of Electrolytes in the blood, along with homeostasis of pH. They also remove excess organic molecules from the blood, and it is by this action that their best-known function is performed: the removal of waste products of metabolism.

Sign Libra :

1. If Libra is afflicted the native suffers from backache, pain in urinary track, venereal disease, The sign Virgo is 12th to Libra, so indicates loss of functions of kidney.
2. Saturn is exalted in Libra sign. Therefore he also rules the kidney diseases and any affliction to Libra, 7th house or 7th lord etc by Saturn gives rise to diseases concerning kidney and pelvic.

2. Moon in Libra may cause edema of the body due to malfunctioning of kidney.

7th/8th house:

1. When malefic Jupiter and afflicted Moon influences the 7th lord and 7th house, the diseases of kidney surfaced to the native .
2. Sun,Mars,Venus and 7th house are afflicted by malefic gives kidney stones. Venus and 7th house both should be afflicted and Sun and Mrs should be present  in the affliction.
