ज्योतिष में अपरमित आयु {Immeasurable Age in Astrology}

भारत के  प्राचीन ग्रंथों में अनेकानेक प्रमाण  मिलते हैं की कई लोग सैकड़ों या  हज़ारों वर्षों  तक जीते हैं  । वर्तमान में भी बहुतेरे लोगों का पता चलता है जो 100 से 300 साल तक जीवित रहे थे । सिद्धियों और योग के बल पर उम्र को अपने वश में करने के लिए विख्यात देवरहा बाबा विश्वप्रसिद्ध थे । कहा जाता है की उनकी आयु ढाई सौ से पांच सौ के बीच थी । देवराह बाबा के अलावा  तैलंग स्वामी भी एक उच्च कोटि के योगी थे जिनकी आयु  का अनुमान 300 साल  के आस पास लगाया जाता है ।हिमालय में निवास करने वाले महावतार बाबा की के विषय में कहा  जाता है की उनकी आयु 2 ,000 वर्ष से भी अधिक है । अभी भी कई साधकों और योगियों ने महावतार बाबा जी के दर्शन किये हैं उनके अनुसार बाबा जी अभी भी 25 वर्ष के नवयुवक योगी के भांति दिखते हैं ।

हमारे धर्म ग्रंथों में कुल आठ ऐसे लोगों के बारे में जानकारी मिलती है जो अमर हैं | भगवान परशुराम ,कृपाचार्य ,मार्कण्डेय ,हनुमानजी,राजा बलि, विभीषण ,वेद-व्यास , अश्वत्थामा आठ अमर चिरंजीव माने जाते हैं  जिनकी अपरमित आयु मानी जाती है ।

ज्योतिष में   अपरमित आयु के योग

1. यदि कुम्भ लग्न हो और उसमें सूर्य बैठा हो और गुरु  2 /12 वें भाव में स्थित हो तो जातक उच्च कोटि  का योगी होता है और योगाभ्यास या रसायन विद्या के बल पर हज़ार वर्ष तक जीता है ।
2. सिंह लग्न में गुरु कर्क राशि में स्थित हो ,बुद्ध कन्या राशि में और पाप ग्रह 3 ,4 ,5,6 और 11वें भाव में स्थित हो तो जातक हज़ार वर्ष तक जीता है ।
3. कुंडली में लग्न से प्रारम्भ करके यदि पहला ग्रह शनि हो और अंतिम ग्रह मंगल हो तो जातक अमर होता  है  । जबकि सभी ग्रह शनि और मंगल के अंतर्गत हो तो जातक उच्च कोटि का योगी होता है लेकिन इस योग में  से आयु के सम्बन्ध में कोई निष्कर्ष नहीं निकाला जा सकता है जैसे नरसिंह भारती ,विवेकानंद, अरविन्द घोष ।
4. शुक्ल पक्ष का जन्म हो और कर्क लग्न में गुरु स्थित हो और चतुर्थ भाव में शनि हो और सप्तम में मंगल हो तो हज़ार वर्ष की आयु होती है । प्रभु श्रीराम की कुंडली में यह योग उपस्थित है ।
5. सिंह लग्न में मंगल और सूर्य 4 भाव में हो ,राहु 12 वें भाव में हो और शेष ग्रह 2 भाव में स्थित हो तो जातक हज़ार वर्ष तक जीता है ।
6. मेष लग्न में राहु किसी शुभ ग्रह के साथ लग्न में स्थित हो , गुरु 10 वें भाव में ,मंगल 7 वें भाव में और बली चन्द्रमा 12 वें भाव में बैठा हो तो जातक रसायन विद्या के बलपर कम से कम 2 ,000 वर्षों तक जीवित रहता है ।
7. मेष लग्न में ,कर्क में सूर्य,मकर में शनि ,तुला में मंगल और मीन में बली  चन्द्रमा हो तो जातक 2 ,000 वर्षों तक जीता है ।
8. कर्क लग्न में लग्न में गुरु और चन्द्रमा स्थित हो ,शुक्र और बुद्ध केंद्र में हों और अन्य ग्रह 3 ,6 ,11  में बैठे हो तो जातक चिरायु होता है ऐसे योगमें आयु गणना की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है ।

दीर्घायु के कुछ प्रमुख योग

लग्न /लग्नेश द्वारा

1. लग्नेश बलवान हो कर केंद्र में स्थित हो | 
2. लग्नेश जिस भाव में हो उस भाव का स्वामी जिस राशि में स्थित हो उस राशि का स्वामी और लग्नेश केंद्र में स्थित हो तो लम्बी आयु होती है ।
3. लग्नेश केंद्र में  बैठा हो और शुक्र या गुरु से युक्त या  दृष्ट हो ।
4. लग्न द्विस्वभाव राशि का हो और लग्नेश उच्च राशि/मूलत्रिकोण राशि का केंद्र में स्थित  हो तो लम्बी आयु होती है ।
5. लग्न द्विस्वभाव राशि का हो और लग्नेश जिस स्थान में हो उससे केंद्र में दो पापग्रह हो तो दीर्घायु योग होता है ।
6. लग्न  द्विस्वभाव राशि हो और लग्नेश केंद्र /त्रिकोण में स्थित हो ।
7. चर लग्न में चन्द्रमा चर राशि में हो दीर्घायु योग बनता है ।
8. मेष  लग्न में शनि मकर राशि में ,मंगल तुला राशि में और चन्द्रमा कुम्भ राशि में हो ।
9. वृष राशि के लग्न में शुक्र बैठा हो , गुरु केंद्र में हो और अन्य  ग्रह 3 /6 /11 भाव में हो तो रसायन या मन्त्र के प्रयोग से लम्बी आयु पाता है । 
10. कर्क लग्न में चन्द्रमा हो और शेष ग्रह शुभ राशि में बैठे हों ।
11. कर्क  लग्न में गुरु और चन्द्रमा हो ,शुक्र केंद्र में हो और 8 वां भाव खाली हो  जातक की लम्बी आयु होती है ।
12. कर्क लग्न में गुरु और चन्द्रमा हो ,शुक्र और बुद्ध केंद्र में हो और बाँकी ग्रह 3 /6 /11 वें भाव में हों ।
13. कर्क लग्न हो ,शनि तुला राशि में हो गुरु मकर राशि में हो ,चन्द्रमा वृष राशि में हो तो जातक रसायन या मन्त्रों के प्रभाव से दीर्घजीवी होता है  ।
14. तुला लग्न में शुक्र बैठा हो , गुरु एवं मंगल उच्च के हों और जन्म अश्वनी नक्षत्र का हो ।
15. द्विस्वभाव लग्न में चन्द्रमा स्थिर राशि में हो तो दीर्घायु योग बनता  है ।
16. लग्न स्थिर राशि तथा चन्द्रमा द्विस्वभाव राशि में हो भी दीर्घायु  योग बनता है ।
17. लग्नेश केंद्र में ,पाप ग्रह 3 /6 /11 वें भाव में हों या दशमेश उच्च हो तो भी  लम्बी आयु होती है ।
18. गुरु लग्न में हो और चन्द्रमा,शुक्र और मंगल तीनों परमोच्च हो तो लम्बी आयु होती है ।
19. लग्न में स्वगृही गुरु बैठा हो ,शुक्र केंद्र में हो और मिथुन राशि में कोई ग्रह  ना हो तो जातक इन्द्रतुल्य एवं  रसायन  के प्रयोग से दीर्घजीवी होता है ।  

अष्टम भाव /अष्टमेश

1. जन्म लग्न से अष्टमेश अपनी उच्च राशि में हो तो लम्बी आयु होती है ।
2. अष्टमेश अष्टम में अपनी राशि में हो | 
3. अष्टमेश स्वगृही हो और अष्टमेश  स्थान से केंद्र या त्रिकोण में कोई शुभ ग्रह हो ।
4. अष्टमेश जिस स्थान पर हो उस स्थान का स्वामी और लग्नेश केंद्र में स्थित हो | 
5. अष्टमेश 8 वें या 12 वें भाव में स्थित हो और अष्टमेश  जिस  स्थान पर हो उसका स्वामी लग्न से अष्टम बैठा हो ।

शनि

1. शनि अष्टम में हो और अष्टमेश  स्वराशि में हो |
2. शनि  या अष्टमेश किसी उच्च ग्रह के साथ या दृष्ट हों ।
3. लग्नेश या अष्टमेश शनि  पर शुभ ग्रहों की दृष्टि हो |
4. शनि अष्टम भाव में स्थित हो तो लम्बी आयु होती है ।
5. शनि केंद्र में स्थित हो तो जातक   कम से कम 75 साल तो जीता ही है ।
6. शनि या अष्टमेश किसी उच्च ग्रह से  युक्त या दृष्ट हों ।
7. अष्टमेश अपनी राशि में हो शनि की भी मित्र राशि हो तथा शनि अष्टम भाव से त्रिकोण [8 ,12 ,4 भाव ] में हो |
8. कोई एक ग्रह उच्च राशि में बैठा हो और उसके साथ अष्टमेश और शनि हो |
9. शनि लग्नेश या अष्टमेश हो और उसके साथ एक या अधिक  शुभ ग्रह हो तो जातक  दीर्घजीवी होता है ।
10. गुरु या शुक्र में से कोई भी केंद्र में हो और शनि 5 /6 /8 /11 वें  भाव में हो तो जातक दीर्घायु होता है |

अन्य योग

1. गुरु और शुक्र दोनों केंद्रवर्ती हों तो लम्बी आयु का योग बनता है   ।
2. सभी ग्रह 3 या 8 वें भाव में स्थित हो तो जातक लम्बी आयु पाता है  ।
3. पांच ग्रह मिलकर 5 /9 वें भाव में हो और उनमें से कोई अष्टमेश न हो ।
4. केंद्र स्थान शुभ ग्रहों से युक्त हो , लग्नेश शुभ ग्रह के साथ बैठा हो और गुरु द्वारा देखा जाता हो तो दीर्घायु योग बनता है ।
5. तीन ग्रह उच्च हों और  उनमें किसी के साथ लग्नेश एवं अष्टमेश हों और पाप युक्त /दृष्ट  ना हों ।
6. चन्द्रमा 5  वें भाव में गुरु 9 वें भाव में और मंगल 10 वें भाव में हो तो लम्बी आयु होती है ।
7. 6 ठें और 12 वें भाव के स्वामी लग्न में हों और लग्नेश और दशमेश केंद्र में हो |
8. चन्द्रमा उच्च ,मित्र राशि अथवा मूल त्रिकोण राशि में स्थित हो और गुरु या शुक्र से दृष्ट हो ।
9. सभी ग्रह 3 ,4 ,8 ,9 वें भाव में हों तो दीर्घायु योग बनता है ।
10. तीन ग्रह उंच्च राशि में हों और लग्नेश ,सप्तमेश के साथ सप्तम भाव में स्थित हो तथा सप्तम भाव पाप ग्रह से रहित हो| 
11. सप्तम भाव में तीन ग्रह हों या तीन ग्रह उंच्च राशि के मित्र  स्थान के तथा अपने ही वर्ग में हो और लग्नेश बलवान हो तो लम्बी आयु होती है ।
12. लग्नेश बली  हो और पाप ग्रह 3 ,6 ,11 भाव में स्थित हो और शुभ ग्रह  केंद्र 1 ,4 ,7 ,10 भाव या त्रिकोण 5 ,9 भाव में स्थित हो | 
13. लग्नेश ,अष्टमेश और दशमेश लग्न से केंद्र / त्रिकोण में हों और लग्न से 6 ठे , 8 वें अथवा 11 वें  स्थान पर शनि बैठा हो ,लेकिन शनि का इन तीनों ग्रहों से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं  चाहिए तो जातक दीर्घायु होता है ।
14. शुभ ग्रह 6 ,7 ,8 वें भाव में हों और पाप  ग्रह 3 ,6,11 वें भाव में हो  |
15. यदि गुरु ,बुध और शुक्र केंद्र त्रिकोण में हों और पापग्रहों से युक्त या दृश्य न हों तो जातक दीर्घायु होता है ।
16. सूर्य ,मंगल और शनि की  युति 3 /6 /11 वें भाव में हो और पाप ग्रह से दृष्ट/युक्त ने हो तो जातक लम्बी आयु पाता है ।
17. बुद्ध ,गुरु और शुक्र 5 /9 वें भाव में हो शनि उच्च हो पाप दृष्ट/युक्त न हो तो लम्बी आयु होती है ।
18. 5 /8 /9 वें भाव में कोई पाप ग्रह न हों और केंद्र में भी कोई शुभ ग्रह न हो तो जातक देव तुल्य होता हुआ दीर्घजीवी होता  है |
19. गुरु और चन्द्रमा कर्क राशि में हो , बुद्ध और शुक्र केंद्र में हों एवं अन्य ग्रह 3 /6 /11वें भाव में हों तो जातक दीर्घायु होता है ।
20. शुक्र,मंगल शनि और राहु 3 /6 /11 वें भाव में हों और उन पर शुभ ग्रहों की दृष्टि हो तो जातक दीर्घायु  होता है ।

ज्योतिष में मानसिक अशांति के कारण

2. चन्द्रमा का 6/8/12 वें  भाव में स्थित होना । 
3. चन्द्रमा पर राहु एवं शनि की युति या दृष्टि हो  । दोनों में से एक ग्रह से युति हो और दूसरे की दृष्टि हो तब भी अशांत मन होने की संभवना बनी रहती है ।
4. चन्द्रमा पाप ग्रहों के मध्य हो या पाप कर्तरी -योग में हो तब भी मानसिक पीड़ा मिलती है ।
5. लग्न / लग्नेश  और चन्द्रमा दोनो निर्बल हो तो भी जातक को मनोविकार होते हैं ।
6. चतुर्थ भाव विचारों का होता है । इस भाव पर अशुभ ग्रहों का प्रभाव दूषित विचार उत्पन्न करते हैं जिनसे मनोविकार  होते हैं ।
7. चन्द्रमा और चतुर्थ भाव  दोनों पीड़ित होने पर जातक को अपने विचारों पर नियंत्रण नहीं रहता है और वह मनोरोगी हो जाता है ।
8. लग्न,सूर्य और चन्द्रमा पर राहु का प्रभाव हो तो जातक को अज्ञात कारणों से मानसिक पीड़ा होती है ।

बलवान मानसिक स्थिति के ज्योतिष कारण

1. चन्द्रमा यदि केंद्र/त्रिकोण में बली स्थिति में हो तो जातक की मानसिक स्थिति बलवान होती है ।
2. चन्द्रमा पर शुभ  ग्रहों का प्रभाव हो तो मानसिक विकार नहीं होते हैं ।
3. चन्द्रमा और लग्नेश दोनों बली हों तो जातक भावात्मक रूप से बली होता है ।
4. लग्न  और लग्नेश बली हों तो जातक अनुशासित  और संतुलित मानसिकता का होता है  ।
5. सूर्य,चन्द्रमा और लग्न तीनों के बली होने पर जातक दृढ मानसिकता का होता है ।

3. Double transit of Saturn and Jupiter in a horoscope aspecting 4th house from ascendant/Moon
4. Transiting Mars aspecting the 4^th house/lord from ascendant/Moon
5. Transiting 4^th lord aspecting natal Mars in horoscope
6. For readiness to change residence the Mahadasha and Antardasha of planets associated with 3^rd house/lord should be consider.
7. Mahadasha /Antardasha of  Jupiter/Venus/Mars are good for buying landed properties.
8. If lord of 4^th house is in 11^th house or if Mars is in the 4th house or 11th house in sign of Aries/Scorpio the native will purchase land  during   Mahadasha /Antardasha of Mars
