Magic of Prana in Huna Mystic

The Huna masters  recoganised the vital importance of Prana or the life  force energy in performing occult work. We are surrounded by a force without which we would be lost, called universal life force ,vital force or simply Prana . All life and nourishment is maintained through this most vital of all resources. It is a basic tenet of occult belief that this Universal life force energy is charged with electrical energy that,can be utilized to create grater physical and spiritual power.  

Kahuna also recoganised the Prana  as the stuff of life ,the very essence of life itself. For this reason and because of its preciousness the kahuna believed in frequently offering a surplus of Pranic-Energy to the God of ones's being  ,the Higher Self. It was , in fact a sacrificial offering .This is the true , hidden meaning of the concept of offering sacrifices to the Gods. Man typically has perverted this ides by sacrificing his best crops, slaughtering animals and even butchering his own kind in order to please the God. 


In Huna ,However the act of giving surplus Prana to the Higher Self is considered to be more love offering rather than as a sacrifice. The Prana is the substance with which the Higher Self works when we want it to accomplish some objective for us. Prana ,once it has been converted into a higher frequency of power by the Lower Self and sent to the Higher Self,is the force that creates miracles. Once it is in a highly charged state, and directed by the Higher Self ,it can smash atoms and cause dematerialization and rematerialization of matter. 

The Prana breathed in by the conscious Middle Self ,is then converting to a Higher Voltage of electricity by the Lower Self which then sends it up to the Higher Self.The middle self takes in the Prana,the Lower Self converts it and the Higher Self uses it. 

Lower Self needs more Prana than the other selves.The higher Self, being pure and divine  , needs very little Prana except when it is called upon to fulfill a need for the Middle Self. Higher Self will never intervene in one's affairs unless its help is specifically asked for ,by offering surplus Prana to it, is the real core of Huna mystic.
